The service is available for:

  • Domestic Flight Passengers.
  • Passengers with Reservation and Electronic Ticket.
  • Senior passengers (60 years or older) of Bolivian nationality. Pre-boarding documentation will be verified; if it does not match, boarding will not be accepted.
  • Passengers only with hand luggage within the established measurements and weight; Passengers who access the service and have suitcases to register must appear at the counters.
  • It can be done between 48 hours and 1 hour before the flight on national routes.

The service is not available for:

  • Passengers of International Flights, since it is mandatory that they appear at counters for the verification of their travel documents.
  • Passengers who have pending penalties for modification or no show.
  • Passengers who require or have included special services in their reservation, such as: Transportation of animals, wheelchairs, unaccompanied minors or assistance service.
  • Passengers who do not have an Electronic Ticket.

DANGEROUS GOODS.
I have read and understood the restrictions regarding the carriage of dangerous goods in luggage, including batteries, compressed gases, flammable solids, poisons and infectious substances, radioactive, corrosive and oxidizing materials, lithium cells and batteries. The transport of these dangerous goods is prohibited and is penalized.
